Shipping Rules

Collection : Free collection of the item in the area: Via Enrico Toti 62/64 - 80026 CASORIA (NA), ITALY. 
Shipping : Shipping is carried out within 24-48 hours of payment received, from Monday to Friday via SDA. The products will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer within the times and in the manner provided by the express courier SDA (we are not responsible for any delays due to the courier). The tracking code will be communicated via email on the day of shipment. If your package is stranded or in storage, we will notify you and do what we can. possession to recover the impasse. When you receive the product, please test it immediately and inform us if everything is OK. All our products are checked at the time of shipment and packaged in such a way as to safely undertake the journey, however, in the event of damage to the package we recommend signing the courier receipt with "CONTROL RESERVE" specifying the words "UNCONDITIONAL PACKAGE" at moment of receipt of the goods
Payments : Payment must be made within 4 working days following the conclusion of the purchase. In case of purchase you will receive an email message with all the instructions relating to the payment of the item.
In case of non-payment from the 4th day we will open an ONP (non-paying bidder) procedure and from the 7th we will close it with an unpaid item report and we will put the product back on sale.
For each order we issue a receipt or invoice (on request). The invoice must be requested within 30 minutes of purchase, sending us the necessary data: Company Name, VAT Number/Tax Code, Address.
Requests sent late will be declined.
The accepted payment methods are as follows: PayPal, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Cash on Delivery with a supplement of 10 euros (non-refundable in case of return of the spare part), collection from the seller and cash payment.
Returns : In online purchases via the e-commerce site and in all other contracts concluded remotely, the consumer has a right of withdrawal. The products are punched and stamped with a personalized company logo. If these punches are missing when the product is returned, the refund will not apply. The consumer can revoke his order within 14 working days of delivery of the goods. The buyer must also return the receipt and/or tax receipt with the replacement. The withdrawal must be communicated to the supplier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The return of the goods automatically entails a valid right of withdrawal from the contract. The costs for returning the goods are borne by the consumer, only in the event that the spare part is found to be non-functional or damaged are they borne by the seller.
Finally, the seller who manages the e-commerce site must return the price paid by the consumer within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal declaration or receiving the goods.
